新鲜出炉的肥叉

我发现写一篇关于旅游的日志比写一篇美食的日志要费时费力得多,在我编辑完成关于Texas的旅游日志之前,还是得不断更新最新的新吃的。
上周去中国超市买了一罐李锦记叉烧酱,今天第一次做叉烧一举成功啦,哈哈。^^
再上一副完成的叉烧图先

材料:
猪肉;李锦记叉烧酱;酱油及糖少许;姜
1. 用酱油,糖,叉烧酱及姜腌猪肉。我腌了两天,网上有人说最好腌三天。我估计大于一天味道应该就已经不错了。
2. 叉烧嘛,当然应该烧出来。不过我没有烤炉,所以就用了代替方法,小火煎,直到肉熟,并且双面都上了颜色。
简单易做又好吃。真的就像烧腊店的味道。^^
